Painting Inspector

Job Highlights:

• Prepare and paint gypsum board surfaces and walls using appropriate paints, primers and finishing materials.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and imperfections, and applying primer before painting.
• Apply paint evenly using brushes, rollers and spray equipment to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.
• Perform putty, sanding and surface-finishing work on gypsum boards and walls as required.
• Mix and match paints according to project specifications and ensure proper coverage and finishing.
• Inspect completed painting work and carry out necessary touch-ups, corrections or additional coats to meet quality standards.
• Follow site safety procedures, protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean and organized work area.
