Greetings everyone, my name is Kingsline Joel, and I had the opportunity of completing my internship at Voltech HR Services, Chennai. The title of my project was "A Study on Employee Engagement Strategies and Their Effect on Retention."

During my internship, I worked in the Event Management team, which exposed me completely to understanding employee engagement activities, how employee engagement activities are designed, planned, and executed. This project taught me the significance of engagement initiatives and how they build a positive workplace culture, increase employee satisfaction, and improve retention.

This internship allowed me to gain an enormous amount of exposure to practical HR, teamwork, and event coordination. I am sincerely thankful to the HR team and the Event Management department for their never-ending support and guidance through every step of my internship.
