Design Engineer - Plastic Moulding

Responsibilities:

• Design new moulds according to specifications, considering factors like material selection, part complexity, and manufacturing constraints.
• Develop and refine mould designs using CAD software – UG NX and other tools.
• Create detailed mould designs, including 2D and 3D models and layouts.
• Execute the project plan
• Perform mould flow analyses to optimize the design and ensure proper material flow.

Educational Qualifications:
