We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent to meet our hiring needs. By understanding the unique business requirements, you'll develop and execute a tailored search strategy, leveraging multiple sourcing channels such as internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking. Your mission will be to identify and engage high-quality candidates who are the perfect fit for the organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Potential Candidates: Identify and attract job seekers to meet hiring requirements.
  • Understand Business Needs: Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and align search strategies accordingly.
  • Develop Search Plans: Create and implement tailored search plans to identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize Multiple Sourcing Channels: Leverage internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking to find top talent.
  • Engage with Candidates: Build relationships with potential candidates to ensure they meet the business's hiring needs.
