Bar Back / Bartender Assistance

Job Highlights:

• Assist bartenders in preparing the bar, setting up glassware, garnishes and bar tools.
• Replenish bar supplies (liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, back bar and storage.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware and bar utensils.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow sanitation standards.
