Carry out complete HVAC design and engineering for ADNOC Oil & Gas facilities and retrofit projects.
Prepare HVAC heat load calculations using HAP or equivalent software and design systems for control rooms, electrical substations, E-Houses, MCC/UPS rooms, telecom rooms, offices, workshops and accommodation facilities.
Design chilled water, DX, package AC, AHU, FAHU, FCU, split AC and ventilation systems, including fresh-air, exhaust and pressurization systems.
Perform HVAC duct sizing, chilled-water piping sizing, pressure-drop calculations and equipment selection for chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, package units and ventilation fans.
Prepare HVAC layouts, duct and piping layouts, equipment layouts, P&IDs, schematics, control diagrams, equipment schedules, datasheets, MTO/BOQ and technical specifications.
Ensure HVAC designs comply with ADNOC requirements, ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA and other applicable international standards.
Coordinate HVAC engineering with Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, Structural and Architectural disciplines.
Review vendor drawings, equipment datasheets, technical submittals, IFC drawings and engineering documents, incorporating client and EPC comments.
Provide technical support for site surveys, construction queries, commissioning, troubleshooting and preparation of as-built drawings.
Participate in design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID/SIL coordination, constructability reviews and client meetings while ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
