Engineer - QA QC

Job Highlights:

• Develop and implement QA/QC Plans, ITPs and Method Statements for HVAC systems.
• Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved submittals, specifications and manufacturer data.
• Perform site inspections for HVAC ducting, piping, insulation, equipment, hangers and supports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ASHRAE, SMACNA and applicable international standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, Method Statements and technical documents from a QA/QC perspective.
• Monitor and witness HVAC installation, testing and commissioning, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants and clients for IRs/WIRs and inspection approvals.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including checklists, MIRs, WIRs/IRs, NCRs and test records.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and ensure effective CAPA implementation and closure.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, QA/QC procedures and safe work practices.
• Support internal, external and client audits and coordinate with third-party inspectors.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of welding inspection, WPS/PQR/WPQ documentation and NCR/CAPA processes.
