Equipment & Transport Coordinator

Job Highlights:

• Coordinate the allocation, scheduling and movement of equipment and transportation resources for project and site operations.
• Monitor equipment and vehicle availability, utilization, deployment and return schedules to support uninterrupted project activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, drivers, equipment operators, vendors and project personnel for timely transportation and equipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, vehicles, movement schedules, usage and related documentation.
• Track equipment and transportation activities and promptly address delays, breakdowns or operational issues.
• Ensure equipment and transportation activities are carried out in accordance with project procedures, safety requirements and site regulations.
