Respond to IT service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and standard business applications.
Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals).
Support installation and troubleshooting of authorized software and applications.
Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer connectivity.
Configure and support networked devices such as printers and scanners.
Escalate complex network issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Support user account creation, modification, and deactivation (Active Directory, email, and business systems). Reset passwords and manage access permissions as per IT policies.
Perform routine system updates, patches, antivirus checks, and backups. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Report security incidents, malware threats, or policy violations immediately.
