Conduct advanced NDT inspections independently using Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) to detect material and structural defects.
Analyze and interpret test results accurately, documenting findings and providing actionable recommendations to engineering or maintenance teams.
Ensure strict adherence to industry standards (ASNT, ISO, ASTM) and internal quality and safety procedures during all inspections.
Support fabrication, welding, and maintenance processes by providing inspection guidance and verifying compliance of materials and components.
Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment, manage inspection records, and assist in training junior technicians on proper NDT practices.
