NPD Engineer

Job Highlights:

• Assist in the development of new products from concept to production, supporting design, prototyping, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and procurement to ensure products meet specifications and timelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and process optimization to improve product performance and manufacturability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as drawings, BOMs, test reports, and product specifications.
• Support product testing and validation, analyze results, and recommend design or process improvements for enhanced quality and efficiency.
