Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Master Schedule (WBS, Milestones) using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, perform variance analysis, and prepare recovery plans as needed.
• Critical Path Management: Execute Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and identify potential schedule risks.
• Resource Control: Plan and level project resources, generating histograms and forecasts (cash flow).
• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive status reports, including S-Curves and KPIs, to stakeholders.
• Change Impact: Evaluate all changes and delays to prepare Extension of Time (EOT) proposals.
