• Technical Leadership: Utilize Mechanical Diploma expertise to interpret complex shop drawings and guide the fabrication team on precise cutting, fitting, and welding sequences.
• Resource Management: Manage manpower allocation and material inventory to minimize downtime and ensure the optimal use of machinery and raw materials on the shop floor.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Implement strict Quality Control (QC) inspections and enforce Saudi Arabian occupational safety standards to ensure a zero-accident work environment.
