Rigger

Job Highlights:

• Install, assemble, inspect and dismantle rigging equipment such as slings, chains, wire ropes, shackles and lifting devices.
• Safely lift, move, position and secure heavy materials, machinery and equipment using cranes and other lifting equipment.
• Inspect rigging gear before and after use to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Calculate load weights, determine the appropriate lifting methods and communicate effectively with crane operators during lifting operations.
• Follow site safety procedures, risk assessments and lifting plans to ensure safe and efficient execution of rigging activities.
