Rigging Foreman

Job Highlights:

• Supervise lifting, rigging and material handling activities at the site
• Plan and coordinate lifting operations according to approved procedures and safety requirements
• Lead riggers and ensure proper use of lifting tools, tackles and equipment
• Inspect lifting equipment, slings, shackles and accessories before use
• Ensure safe lifting, shifting and positioning of heavy equipment and materials
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers and site teams during lifting operations
• Ensure compliance with lifting plans, HSE procedures and site safety requirements
• Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe working practices during lifting activities
• Maintain proper records and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Rigging Foreman in industrial or construction projects
• Appointed Person certification is preferred
• Good knowledge of lifting operations, rigging equipment and lifting safety procedures
• Ability to read and understand lifting plans and related documents
• Good communication and team supervision skills
