Site Engineer - Mechanical

Job Highlights:

• Coordinate MEP/HVAC engineering documents across project phases, including planning and scheduling.
• Prepare Method Statements, Equipment Schedules, MARs, Pre-Commissioning Checklists and Commissioning Reports.
• Review HVAC layouts, CHW piping, ducting layouts and interconnection diagrams for client and consultant approval.
• Design HVAC and mechanical systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, HVAC controls and BMS.
• Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, QTO, cost analysis and technical evaluations.
• Prepare design documents, technical reports, SLDs, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Ensure HVAC designs comply with ASHRAE, ASTM, NFPA, IEC and applicable project standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and MEP, architectural and structural teams.
• Lead HVAC Supervisors and Draftsmen to deliver project requirements within the scheduled timelines.
