Job Highlights:

• Extensive experience in managing workforce attendance, timesheets, and payroll data across large-scale GCC projects
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems, labor tracking, and shift scheduling to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Testing & Evaluation: Conduct visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT)and review weld test results to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
• Proven ability to coordinate with HR and site teams for manpower reporting and daily attendance monitoring
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API) and company HSE regulations throughout all welding activities.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and site documentation standards in GCC countries
• Skilled in preparing reports and maintaining records, ensuring accuracy in employee work hours and overtime tracking
