  • Handle post-sales customer relationship activities including client coordination, handover process, and issue resolution for residential/commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for customer customization requests, design changes, and site-level modifications as per client requirements.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement by providing timely updates on project progress, documentation, and possession schedules.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints, service requests, and escalation issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Should have experience in CRM operations, client interaction and post-sales customization work within a Real Estate company.
